Should hunters stay "sly" and let the number of antlerless permits be calculated using official deer counts with no complaint, so the deer are managed properly - too many deer this year, more permits to reduce population - and at the same time claim wolves are devastating the herds, for years and continuing right now? There could be overbrowsing otherwise.
