An employee of a Teton County, Wyoming ranch has been cited for animal cruelty after he admitted using pepper spray on a black bear while it was confined in a culvert trap. The trap was set after the bear broke into the main lodge of the Triangle X Ranch Oct. 26. Tyler Steele, 26 is scheduled to appear before the federal magistrate Nov. 10. Jackson Hole News and Guide.
