As the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Wyoming state lawmakers continue their standoff over removing the wolf from the federal endangered species list, some 200 outfitters, ranchers and sportsmen downtown Jackson Saturday to rally for the delisting, saying wolves are decimating the state’s elk population and threatening livestock.
