A 73-year-old cut his kayaking trip to Ontario's Lower Beverley Lake short after a black bear moved into his campsite "like it owned the place." Michael Lomas, who paddled to the lake from Seeleys Bay, said he gave the bruin some of its own medicine. "I started growling at him like I was an angry dog and it worked," said the seasoned kayaker.
