The 9th Annual Okie Noodling Tournament and Fish Fry, an event which gained fame in the 2001 documentary film, "Okie Noodling," will be held on July 12 at Bob's Pig Shop in Pauls Valley, OK. Pig Shop owner Phil Henderson predicts the tournament record of 60.2 pounds will be surpassed this year. Hand-fishing competition is fierce, but who can overlook the contest for Noodling Queen?
