Wyo. bison-control bill becomes gun rights bill

Through the attachment of a Senate amendment, a measure orginally drafted to alter Wyoming's bison-hunting licensing also contains wording that would exempt the state from any federal government action that bans certain rifle calibers used for hunting. After passing the House 49 to 11, it heads to the Governor, where its fate remains uncertain. Casper Star-Tribune.

I guess they haven't heard of the Supremacy Clause (Art VI, sect 2) of the Constitution which states that in case of conflict, federal law prevails over state law.

Funny how the gun nuts misinterpret the Constitution to suit their own purposes. (Yes, the Supreme Courts says reasonable regulation of firearms does not violate the second amendment.)
