Introducing gun control bills in Missouri a felony?

281d067f59aa08793a56bd9e9f489d3dWhile he readily admits he has "no illusion" it stands a chance to become law, Missouri state Rep. MIke Leara (R-St. Louis County) has introduced a measure that would make the introduction of legislation restricting Second Amendment rights a Class D felony. Elsewhere in Missouri politics, state Rep. Eric Burlison (R-Springfield) showed his distain for HB 545, a bill to ban the sale and ownership of specific firearms, by taking it to a local range and using it for target practice.
