Wyoming bill would permit roadkill use

A measure being considered in the Wyoming Legislature would permit persons to retrieve roadkilled game for use as food or for scientific puposes, by granting the state Game and Fish Commission the authority to establish the permit process. House Bill 144  prohibits recovering bighorn sheep, birds under the Federal Migratory Bird Treaty Act and federal threatened or endangered species.
