Busted: 241 fish over limit

A Minnesota DNR officer following up with an angler he questioned at a portable fish house on West Spitzer Lake found him with 228 sunfish, seven bass and six northern pike more than the legal limit. If Ronald Wayne Johnson, 69, of Carlos, is convicted, the fish restitution value for the violation is $1,560, he could forfeit his fishing license for three years and face additional fines.
