Even with archery hunting season continuing through Feb. 28, deer hunters in Arkansas have already set a record deer harvest for the state. According to the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, hunters have checked more than 210,000 deer, which far surpasses the old record of 194,192 set in the 1999-2000 season. OzarksFirst.com.
