Trailcam confirms central Kansas cougar

Mountain-lion-nomy--IMG953125The Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism has confirmed that the photo taken by hunter Kurt Keesling's remote trail camera on the early morning of Oct. 31 was indeed a mountain lion in an area east of St. John in central Kansas. "I always get several pictures of deer and all the wildlife," Keesling said. "But I wasn't expecting that when I went through the pictures." Hutchinson News.
