SoCal bowhunter a victim of selective law enforcement?

Respected San Diego outdoors writer Ed Zieralski comments on the case of bowhunter Josh Ketti, 20, who he alleges was unjustly cited by a California Fish and Game warden for wildlife violations after shooting one of the largest mule deer ever taken in San Diego County. "...Kettl naively walked into a no-win situation, an area where, if the hunters aren’t hunting deer, they’re looking for hunters who are hunting deer or turkeys and questioning their right to access," writes Zieralski.
