Sale of Sportsman's Guide announced

Sportsmans-guide-10-gift-cardBurnsville, Minn.-based Northern Tool + Equipment Co. announced Thursday its purchase of The Sportsman’s Guide and The Golf Warehouse from Redcats USA, a division of French company PPR, for $215 million. A catalog and online supplier of outdoor gear, the S. St. Paul-based Sportsman’s Guide has 650 employees. Mnpls/St. Paul Business Journal.
