Outdoor Channel, InterMedia Outdoors announce merger

(Nasdaq:OUTD) today announced that its board of directors unanimously approved a definitive merger agreement with InterMedia Outdoors Holdings, LLC (“IMOH LLC”), controlling entity of The Sportsman Channel. This merger will create InterMedia Outdoor Holdings, Inc. (“IMOH Inc.”). Newswire.
