Homeless man arrested for charging cellphone in park
A 28-year-old homeless man was charged with theft of utilities and spent Sunday night in jail after he was found charging his cell phone at a Sarasota, Fla. public park picnic shelter. Arresting officer, Sarasota Police Sgt. Anthony Frangioni, wrote in his report that he told Darren Kersey that the "theft of city utilities will not be tolerated during this bad economy."
