Big Bend hiker injured in mountain lion attack

BigBendNationalParkEntranceSignAccording to Big Bend National Park officials, Andrea Pinero Cebrian, 29, and her companions were hiking near Lajitas when she sustained minor injuries in a mountain lion attack Friday. That portion of the park has been closed while park rangers and biologists investigate the attack and search for the animal. San Antonio Express-News.
