2 Michigan hunters dispute ownership of 14-point buck

A 14-point whitetail that took top honors at the Mid-Michigan Buck Pole in Perry on Thursday has become the subject of a heated feud between two hunters who each say they applied the fatal shot to the big buck. Ron Gruesbeck, 62, won his local buck pole with the deer, which he says he took with a shot to the lungs on his property. But Cody Knauff, 20, claims his dad shot the deer on their property adjacent to Gruesbeck's, some 85 yards away. MLive.com.
