109 wolves taken in first 8 days of Minnesota hunt

ImagesThe Minnesota Department of Natural Resources reports that at least 109 wolves have been killed in the first eight days of the state's first managed wolf hunt. The statewide quota is 200 wolves for the early hunting season, which continues until Nov. 18 or until the quota is met. The wolf season opened Nov. 3. Duluth News-Tribune.
