The Virginia-based Voter Participation Center, a non-profit that identifies young people, minorities and unmarried women, recently sent voter registration material to Mo Morris of Bedford County. Problem is, Mo—actually Mozart—passed away a couple of years ago at 19. Had Mo not been a dog, he certainly would have been old enough to vote, though. "I still have no earthly idea how they got his information," said Tim Morris, Mo's owner. WSLS.
