Reports are starting to come in from some state wildlife agencies about whether rocker Ted Nugent's no-contest plea to hunting-related charges in California will prevent him from obtaining certain hunting permits in any of the 36 Interstate Wildlife Violators Compact member states. Wildlife officials in at least two compact-member states, Ohio and Kansas, say yes.
