The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has charged two Citrus County residents with wildlife violations after tips led authorities to a Facebook page showing them in the process of skinning a whitetail deer in May. William Andrew Buchanan and Tara Anne Carver were cited for possession of wildlife taken illegally. Florida FWC.
