Wisconsin bear hunters post record season

Images Preliminary harvest numbers indicate Wisconsin hunters registered at least 3,800 black bears during the recently completed season, an increase of more than 26 percent over the previous high of 3,184 in 1998. Jim Lee reports in the Wisconsin Rapids Tribune.
