With the first year of Wisconsin's mentored hunting program underway for 10- and 11-year olds, a total of 10,016 mentored hunt licenses have already been sold. Further, during the 2-day October youth deer hunt—open to youth aged 10 to 15—the total harvest increased from 989 deer last year to 4,777 this year. Via AP.
