Wow I hadn't heard of this story. While I can understand that the cats posed a threat to their natural enemies, the birds, I don't understand why nature wasn't allowed to take it's course. These animals have been taken away from their home and hunting grounds.
I'm sure it was human intervention that put them there in the first place but where does it end with our meddling in the affairs of nature?
