Kansas hunter shoots photos of mountain lion

A deer hunter in northwest Kansas has provided the state Department of Wildlife and Parks with photographic documentation of a mountain lion he watched from his treestand. While there have been numerous cougar sighting reports over the years, the photos taken near Wakeeney mark the first time a live sighting has been verified by the agency. More at my Slugs & Plugs blog.
