IPO forthcoming for Freedom Group?

Images-1The Wall Street Journal is reporting today that the New York City-based private equity giant Cerberus Capital Management is in advanced preparations for an initial public offering (IPO) for its holding Freedom Group, Inc, which includes Remington Arms, Bushmaster Firearms, Marlin Arms, Dakota Arms LLC and DPMS Panther Arms.
