The parent company of Bass Pro Shops has announced plans for a five-story, 147-room "landmark" hotel on South Campbell Ave., directly across the street from the flagship store, Wonders of Wildlife Museum (and forthcoming National Archery Hall of Fame) in Springfield, Missouri. The News-Leader.
