Eric Sharp of the Detroit Free Press writes that Dave McCool's guiding service specializing in fly-fishing for what he calls "golden bonefish" on Michigan's Grand Traverse Bay is thriving these days. "Fishing for carp is probably the most popular kind of fly-fishing around here, and all the shops carry carp flies," says McCool.
