The last of five Tennessee elk-hunting permits for the state's inaugural 2009 hunt in the North Cumberland WMA this fall will go to the highest bidder on the Internet site eBay in an auction beginning July 16 and ending July 25. The net proceeds from the tag sale will go benefit the state's elk restoration program. TWRF.
