Fla. bait shop covers disputed mural with 1st Amendment

FishmuralHerb Quintero, owner of the Complete Angler tackle shop in Clearwater, Fla. who was told that his fish mural is a violation of municipal advertising codes and must be covered, has complied with the city's demands by posting a banner containing the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution over the painting.
