Centerville, Utah Police say a 26-year-old man's legally carried .40 cal. handgun accidentally discharged after it fell from its holster and struck the floor as he was pulling up his pants inside a Carl's Jr. restaurant bathroom stall Tuesday. Police Lt. Paul Child said the bullet shattered the toilet and sent porcelain shards into the man's arm. "A good-quality firearm...should not fire if it is dropped," Child said.
