Ray Sasser, the venerable outdoors scribe for the Dallas Morning News, reports today that Texas Parks and Wildlife fisheries biologists expect to recommend the state's first slot limit for blue catfish on selected waters as well as restrictions on archery or rod-and-reel fishing for alligator gar.
