A resourceful monkey opened a window at its owner's Springfield, Indiana house Thursday and took a "little excursion" around the neighborhood, prompting at least one report of a "baboon running at large." Sheriff's Sgt. Dave Pflughaupt said the "very friendly monkey" the size of a small dog returned to its owner's home and was found sitting on the window sill. "It's got a baboon-looking butt, but it's way smaller," Pflughaupt said. In The NW Indiana Times.
