A Wisconsin angler who caught a 20-pound tagged halibut on Alaska's Cook Inlet last Friday could have gone home with $10,000 from the annual Homer Jackpot Halibut Derby. Could have--if he'd known about it and purchased a $10 ticket. Instead, all Steve Merson from Fort Atkinson, Wis. got for his tagged fish was a Homer Derby cap. In The Anchorage Daily News.
