Nevada Gov. Jim Gibbons is being criticized by some conservation and agricultural groups for his quiet appointment of 4 new members to the 9-member Nevada Wildlife Commission on Friday. Some critics say the new appointments will shift the philosophical direction to one that focuses on stabilizing and growing mule deer numbers. Is that a bad thing? Via AP.
