Colorado Division of Wildlife authorities killed a mountain lion in the City of Durango Saturday after the 70-pound female entered a residential yard and leapt against the window of a house where a six-year-old girl sat inside watching TV. According to DOW spokesman Joe Lewandowski, it was the deepest a mountain lion has penetrated into town in several years. In The Durango Herald.
