Steve Oudomsouk of San Diego landed a 113.4-pound blue catfish while fishing at San Vicente Reservoir last Thursday, shattering the standing state record, 101-pound blue cat caught and released at the same impoundment in 2000. Ed Zieralski reports in The San Diego Union-Tribune.
