The rumor mill around Muncie, Indiana has been fueled by two recent eye-witness accounts of an alleged mountain lion seen on a dairy farm in Delaware County. "The report you heard that DNR is importing cougars to control deer populations is simply not true," DNR spokesman Phil Bloom tells the Muncie Star-Press. "Cougar reintroduction is not on DNR's radar."
