Yesterday's 5-4 US Supreme Court decision upholding the individual right to bear arms and striking down the DC gun ban is already spawning action in cities with similar ownership restrictions statutes in place. Just minutes after the court's decision, the Illinois State Rifle Association filed a lawsuit aimed at overturning Chicago's gun ban. The National Rifle Association has also indicated it plans similar lawsuits in Chicago and several of its suburbs, as well as San Francisco. CBS Chicago reports.
