A Massachusetts law enforcement firearms instructor has been reassigned after his Glock discharged while he was demonstrating safe holstering techniques. The bullet ripped a hole in Maj. Donald Lamar's pants, narrowly missing his leg and foot. Bristol County Sheriff Thomas Hodgson said Lamar's failure to unload his weapon before class was a "gross error in judgment."
