A Cedar City, Utah man practicing "quick draw" with his new .38 revolver accidentally shot through the headboard of Dan Kidder's empty bed Tuesday evening. The bullet, fired by Kidder's neighbor, went through the walls of both homes before coming to rest on the bedroom floor. Kidder, a firearms instructor, said he intends to supply his neighbor with gun-safety literature. Reported in The Spectrum.
