After receiving unwanted attention from kitty lovers around the world, the tiny town of Randolph, Iowa (pop. 200) has rescinded the $5 bounty it placed on wild cats, effective March 1. Heck, and that's where The Outdoor Pressroom planned to spend our Spring Break! Des Moines Register.

Well, so much for spring break, but take heart. One of the subsequently posted stories indicates you can always go clubbing in California.
