A Tennessee attorney who was connected with hunting, outfitting and real estate businesses in the deer-hunting mecca of Pike County, Illinois entered a guilty plea in federal court Monday, Feb. 4, for illegally killing and transporting deer in violation of the Lacey Act. Allen W. Blevins of Knoxville, Tenn. reportedly served as president of Whitetail Investment Properties and was a founding partner of Whitetail Properties TV. Reported in the Pike Press and the Chattanoogan.
